7.1.1.1. The right to access: You have the right to ask Orlaya for copies of your personal data.
7.1.1.2. The right to rectification: You have the right to request that Orlaya correct any information you believe to be inaccurate or incomplete.
7.1.1.3. The right to erasure: You have the right to request that Orlaya erase your personal data under. However, a request for erasure may be denied if your data is being used in the following:
- To exercise the right of freedom of expression and information.
- To comply with a legal obligation.
- The data is necessary for public health purposes.
- The data serves the public interest.
7.1.1.4. The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to Orlaya’s processing of your personal data under certain conditions.
7.1.1.5. The right to data portability: You have the right to request that Orlaya transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain circumstances.

As such, in accordance with Section 1798.105 of the CCPA:
(d) A business or a service provider shall not be required to comply with a consumer’s request to delete the consumer’s personal information if it is necessary for the business or service provider to maintain the consumer’s personal information in order to:
(1) Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by the consumer, or reasonably anticipated within the context of a business’ ongoing business relationship with the consumer, or otherwise perform a contract between the business and the consumer.
